DSA Feedback
NADP represents practitioners at a monthly DSA Operations Group meeting with Student Loans Company (SLC). This forum allows practitioners to share feedback on the DSA customer journey, highlight emerging issues, and create a feedback loop between practitioners and SLC.
Who is this form for?
Please use this form to share concerns or feedback for the DSA Operations Group. It is designed for NADP members, but we will also pass on information from non-members where appropriate.
NADP can raise:
- DSA Student Finance England or Wales issues that have gone through the complaints process
- Issues where the complaints process has not been correctly followed
- Sector-wide, regional, or repeated issues

A note on student data: Do not include the student's name or date of birth — their CRN is sufficient. Obtain the student's consent before sharing their CRN and provide them with a copy of this form. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
