This refund policy applies to membership subscriptions, event bookings, and other purchases made through the NADP website.

Refund terms

  1. Membership

    Membership subscriptions are non-refundable once processed. If you have a query about your membership, please contact [email protected].

  2. Events and training

    Cancellations made more than 14 days before an event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but a substitute delegate may attend.
